Alaska has no 'master' title; the highest inside-wiring credential is the Electrical Administrator license from the Div. of Corporations (CBPL), for which you first hold a journeyman certificate. The Electrical Administrator exam is delivered by PSI.

Journeyman reciprocity with Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming. Must have tested for and held the reciprocal state's active journeyman license for at least 1 year. Details at link
Two separate agencies: the hands-on journeyman Certificate of Fitness is run by the Dept. of Labor (schedule via the MI office, ~$50 app fee), while the supervisory Electrical Administrator license (master-equivalent) is run by CBPL through PSI. Alaska has journeyman reciprocity with several states.
